NeoTokyo rose from the rubble of a massive earthquake. Neon rail lines streak across a skyline filled with gleaming towers. Armed soldiers from a crime syndicate called Nemesys swept in under Maxwell Giger. Fear spread fast, and districts fell one after another.

The Helicops unit called on five pilots to climb into armed helicopters. Each pilot held a personal grudge against a top lieutenant of Nemesys. Players tackle four missions targeting those lieutenants then face Maxwell Giger in a final showdown.

You ride in a first-person gunner seat atop a combat helicopter. Each chopper reaches its own top speed and packs unique ammunition. Missions shift between tight neon streets and winding underground caves. You save trapped civilians, destroy armored vehicles, hunt hidden relics, and tear down enemy strongholds. A gripping plot with vivid character backstories keeps every flight intense.
