The offline edition launched in June 2015. The web version arrived in December 2018. Poison Games designed the project with a small group of artists and engineers. The game unfolds in first person. A dim facility hides twisted corridors. Spiders crawl along pipes. Aliens slip through vents. Undead creatures stand guard in corridors. A mix of plasma rifles shotguns and prototype tools lets players pick a fighting style. Flickering lights and distant hums keep tension strong.

Movement uses the W A S D keys or arrow keys. A mouse moves the viewpoint. The left button fires a weapon. The right button steadies the aim. The scroll wheel switches gear. The R key reloads firearms. The F key opens doors and activates consoles. Holding shift increases running speed. The control key lowers the character into a crouch. The X key attaches items onto flat surfaces. The V key calls up a melee blade. The space bar lifts the character into short jumps.
