Survive When the Streets Fill With Zombies

Zombocalypse is a side-scrolling survival action game where one survivor faces an enormous zombie outbreak. Your helicopter goes down during a surveillance mission, leaving you on the ground as crowds of infected enemies close in.

You begin with a machete and very little protection. Zombies approach from both sides of the screen, so you cannot concentrate on only one direction. Staying mobile helps you avoid getting surrounded.

The Left and Right arrow keys move your survivor. A and D can also handle movement. Press Space to attack with the weapon currently in your hands.

The fighting continues as more zombies enter the area. The goal is not to reach the other end of a traditional level. You need to survive the growing attack and defeat as many zombies as possible.

Grab Weapons From Supply Crates

Weapon crates drop onto the battlefield during a run. Press Down to pick one up. Players using the alternate controls can use S.

These crates give you firearms and other weapons that make it easier to handle large groups. Weapons do not last forever, so knowing when to pick up fresh equipment matters.

Holding Down lets you drop the current weapon. This can help when another crate offers something more useful for the situation.

The game includes different weapons rather than forcing you to rely on the starting machete for the entire run. Fast weapons can help against crowds while other equipment may work better when tougher enemies arrive.

Every zombie you defeat also contributes to your experience and progress.

Build Kill Combos and Call for Help

Defeating zombies without breaking the action builds a kill combo. Reaching important combo numbers gives you access to support attacks.

At 25, 50, and 100 kills in the combo, you can call in support by pressing Up. These special attacks can clear dangerous groups and give your survivor some breathing room.

Timing matters. Using support when only a few zombies are nearby wastes much of its power. Saving it for a packed battlefield can make a large difference.

Zombocalypse also includes ranks and unlockable equipment. Gaining experience gives players access to more options for future runs.

The action becomes harder as the zombie crowd grows. Moving too far toward one side can leave little room to escape. Staying near a useful position and watching both directions often works better than chasing every enemy.

Zombocalypse keeps the controls small but creates pressure through enemy numbers. You move, attack, collect weapons, build combos, and call support while trying to survive for as long as possible. The steady stream of new equipment and unlocks gives players more to work toward after each attempt.
